The subject of trees and human health covers a vast range of issues, whether we are talking of trees’ contribution to good health and wellbeing globally or on a local scale. As the managers of London’s public urban forest, LTOA members have been aware of the contributions trees make to improving human health for a long time.

Trees and Human Health Working Party have worked to create this resource for others to utilise in order to highlight the important part trees play in the role of creating healthy cities. As this area of the website is expanded you will find an increasingly comprehensive resource section, but also case studies from LTOA members.
